JM Incubator Tracker ("the app") is operated by JMSolutions by JC Mier. This page explains what information the app keeps and why.

What we collect

• Google sign-in details: your name, email address, profile picture link and Google account ID. These are used only to create your account and show who is signed in. We never see your Google password.
• What you enter: your incubators, egg batches, temperature/humidity logs, candling and hatch results, notes, and your reminder preferences (time zone, reminder times, temperature unit).
• Notification details: if you turn on reminders, your browser gives the app a technical address for that device so notifications can be delivered to it. You can turn this off at any time in Settings.
• Cookies: one sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

How it is used

Only to run the app: showing your data, calculating your incubation schedule, and sending the reminders you asked for.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not show ads or share your information with advertisers.
• We do not share your data with other users of the app. Each account only sees its own data.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored in a private database on a server hosted with Oracle Cloud (Singapore region). Access is limited to the app operator for maintenance.

Deleting your data

You can remove batches and incubators inside the app. To delete your whole account and everything linked to it, contact us and we will remove it.
