Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026

By using JM Incubator Tracker ("the app"), operated by JMSolutions by JC Mier, you agree to these terms.

What the app is

A tool to help you keep track of egg incubation: schedules, reminders, logs and statistics. The temperatures, humidity levels and timings shown are general guidelines for chicken eggs and may need adjusting for your incubator, breed and conditions.

No guarantee

• The app is provided "as is", without warranties. We do not guarantee any hatch rate or result.
• Reminders depend on your device, browser, network and notification settings and may be delayed or fail. Do not rely on the app as your only safeguard — keep checking your incubator.
• You are responsible for your eggs, equipment and animals. JMSolutions is not liable for lost or failed hatches, equipment damage or other losses.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Please use the app lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or access other people's data.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service.
